I didnt get the vibes to write today till my next interview...but after seeing a vacancy on a job site this morning, i just had to say something.
Ok,normally, while searching for a job, i just scroll to the part for fresh graduates (those with no experience) read through and start sending cvs.
Surprisingly,..today was different......
'Requirement: A fresh graduate with a minimum of 5years post nysc experience'
Pardon my choice of words but..na wa ooo!! If i had known i wouldve started working at the age of 12 naww..or are they saying these things to drive candidates away??
The other day it was the issue of filling out forms online (like a primary school student writing WAEC😩) just to apply for a job...and at the end of the day they wont even get back to you..and even when they do,they start with aptitude tests...please! Ogbeni! dont take me back to secondary school..,that part of my life is gone and probably forgotten 😒...and to think some companies (especially the Big 4) actually take almost a year to recruit! (Am i serving Nigeria all over again??? 😯)..
Anyway.. like a typical Nigerian would say...E go better!
